Adding Bill Dozer's reply and explication to your original post, I ask if you deposited with SIA somehow sans verification and then wagered those monies and lost? Then as you were attempting verify- why you were allowed to wager without verifying, I am unclear on- you were given the run around? Your complaint is that you made four attempts to verify and were given the high hat on them all?

If my assessment is correct, certainly feasible that it is not, then why would you even care if they verified you or not? The entire funding is gone, correct? Perhaps you wanted to 'invest' a bit more?

So, he had not lost all of his funds but wanted a payout and the issue was about verification for a payout? I was taking that he had just deposited the funds. Now I understand more clearly. Thank you. So, he is upset because while awaiting payout verification that he lacked the self control to not wager further and then, wagering, lost his monies.

But he contends that the book gave him the run around hoping that he'd do what he did. Sounds like both sides have some reasonable points. However, any ground to which he could grasp is lost in his puerile rhetoric.
