Intrade is a split-off from Tradesports.

This message is to inform you of a change in the rules of our daily financial contracts.

As of Monday, April 21st 2008, we will no longer be using Bloomberg as the source of expiry information. We will instead be using the information provided by Interactive Data Corporation through their eSignal application.

This new source of expiry information will be used when expiring all daily DJIA, NASDAQ 100, S&P 500, FTSE and DAX contracts from the date mentioned above.

The contract rules published on the site will be changed before Monday to reflect this.

If you have any questions or comments regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards,

    Carl Wolfenden

Thanks for the heads up DH. I guess my question would be this though, how would this effect wagers already in place under the old rules in regards to wagers made prior to this announcement?

That issue has come up before with Tradesports. As you know.

They seem to refer to daily contracts, though. (not sure if they have longer term financial contracts).
