here's a email I got from 1 sports book.
Dear Joshua,
Thank you for contacting us.
We submitted the statement you sent us to the CC processor and they pointed out that the xxx.xx you were inquiring about, which showed as declined, was actually made through the gateway "Quality Sports"; however the transaction in your statement was made through "Electric Stores". Therefore we have taken out the funds we credited yesterday as that is not the deposit you made with us, it is actually a deposit made with another company.
