Guys, I highly recommend that you watch this 30 minute CTV W5 Documentary that was filmed in Antigua and Kahnawake- the first half is focused on Calvin's life in Antigua and the second half is focused on Kahnawake and why iGaming companies are licensed & operated there. It's 30 minutes well spent and it should clear some things up for you.

Also, the Mohawks that live in Kahnawake are amazing people...I have met the guys from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission many times. Chuck who is interviewed in this video is a very close friend of mine.
