I think thegreek does. I know Bet Jam wont allow Money Lines on games with a spread of double digits.

Greek will let you wager your house to win a dollar on Duke ML in the 1st round of the NCAAs if you please

I bet 90% on moneylines, and in major sports no one has more moneylines than 5dimes. Even pinny sometimes does not post moneylines ridiculously high (-100000 or so), but 5dimes does. And with reduced juice to boot. Most other books have a high cutoff about -15000 (cris, greek) or low about -500 (most recreational books).
