    I need some help as to what this Rule means
    Hello guys i just would like to know the meaning behind this and tell me what u think about it.


    (Sportsbook Free-Play bonuses can only be used for Sportsbook wagering.

    Free-Play Bonuses may be used for straight wagers, parlays and teasers.

    Free-Play Bonuses earned after deposits and Sportsbook transfers are only valid if the amount deposited remains active in the account for 30 days. Redeeming a balance below the deposit(s) amount before the 30 day period will result in any used Free-Play funds being deducted as cash.)


    Does this mean from deposit time or the last time u actually used a freeplay and u have to wait 30days from the last time? Any feedback from SBR would be great ty.

      deposit $1000--can not withdraw for 30 days if the withdrawl amount brings your balance under the deposited amount($1000). if you withdraw funds and the balance goes below the $1000 they will deduct whatever free play you got in cash from your balance. you can withdraw all you want before the 30 days if your balance after the withdraw is higher than $1000. also the funds must be active(whatever they consider active, number of bets per day,week or 30 days) for the 30 days. think that's it.

          well its like 4-5 months since this bonus and i saved some of the freeplays for a little while use it 2 weeks ago mind u it comes out in increments so u have to realese it by betting. Now they are trying to tell me that i have to keep the amount when i first deposited in there for 2 weeks before i can do a transfer or withdraw. Also i have done a b2b with them before. So what do u get from this? but they say i am able to take out some as long as i keep in there the amount deposited at first.
          What there saying is because of me actaully using the freeplay 2 weeks ago i have to wait 2 weeks before this and there trying to say this is the rules, is this false advertising here??
          Keep in mind that i already had finished the rollover like 2 months ago i was just saving the freeplay.

              sounds like bs to me. i would not want to play at a place that can keep your deposit forever - if you don't use the freeplay. strange interpertation of rules.

                  5dimes also has a stupid rule for their moneybookers promo! You can have FP and reduced juice for 30 days. If you choose the reduced juice after the 30 days they remove all your Free Play winnings...

                      Thats what im saying i thought it was a crazy rule and i wanted to get a second opinion. Not to mention its an A rated book. What do u think i should do file a complaint or what? or maybe try again with someone else.

                          try again. ask for management to explain, if it is 5dimes ask for tony. don't piss him off. if you get the same reasoning, i guess play the freeplay and wait for the 30 days. learning from the experience and being ready for them next time if you still want to play there. hope whoever you talked to the 1st time is wrong about the rule on this.

                                  so you got 16 or so more days to wait. if you asked about this rule more than once. i guess you will just have to wait. i would not create a bigger problem if you like the book. if you don't like the book, still why waste your time. 2 more weeks will go by fast. i know what you mean. why should you have to wait. well, they hold all the cards(money). thier rules. they make the rules and sometimes change the rules right in the middle of a dispute. try not to think about them screwing with you. making you wait. to hell with them.

                                      Ty for helping out bro and they found the problem that they were trying to enforce on me, but now they will do it. They were looking at something from mid january and not looking into it more. But they will let me do it now and it was Sportbet. I knew i was right on this as why would i have to wait even more after i completed the rollover a few months back and all i did was save some of the freeplay until last month.
