I went to the chat site to provide me a receipt from the bank, which confirms that the money was sent to my account. Officer of Support Services said that to provide such a receipt, they can not. February 9 from tech support comes to me email to confirm details of my bank account so they can send money! All data were given by me is true, as I told them and wrote.
When I asked why they gave me 10 days said that the money was sent, but in fact it did not support service to answer anything I could not. It turns out that 10 days of different tech support staff lied to me when I asked about that - whether they confirm that the transfer is successfully derived.
