The limit is not low for everybody. And it is a very solid operation.

And I do believe that this factor should count against a book's rating.

For bettors looking at SBR's ratings, safety of funds probably rates higher than limits as they're comparing the UK books to Costa Rican, etc, books. So if SBR has only one scale of assessment, I think the A makes sense.

UK books are all rec books (or, at least I can't think of one that isn't as I'm excluding the Isle of Man asians). Limiting is to be expected. I think this would only be a real issue for Ladbrokes if they gave out bonuses that had high WRs, but they don't, so there's little chance of getting money effectively stuck/stolen via the limiting-WR pincer movement.
