Matchbook Makes Me Nervous 2011 Poll

Okay, when I first started wagering at Matchbook a couple of years ago, it was like paradise with all the reduced juice and not worrying about getting a payout because of too much winning. But now Matchbook is making me really nervous. There is not near as much liquidity in the markets, they have slashed the deposit methods in half for U.S. players with ******* and GP being the latest, and they don't even have a customer service phone line anymore. The only way to speak with them is through live chat. It sucks because I really love this book, but don't want to jump on a sinking ship. Am I just being paranoid? Would like to know everyone's opinion/confidence level and recent dealings with Matchbook.

I dont think u should worry as if u need your doe fast b2b almost instant. I mean your money is as safe as thegreek, 5dimes, pinnacle, bookmaker, etc. if u think about it as u can get your money to and from there in a few hours at most.

i did some b2b transfers there today and they were both done within 30min .... no problems at all ....lets just hope these are all bad rumors

I just don't see how they could do something like that and still survive, don't u think they would just have to fold before that as most of there business is in the US. I just think it was a rumor misunderstood for the whole washington thing going on.

they have been slow for payouts by check three to four weeks but book to book to 5 dimes within an hour during daylight

the only way to get checks now is thru regular mail ....unfortunately it takes 3 weeks to get to you .... that suxks bad but what can you do .....

i believe that this whole thing is jjust a bad rumor .... but if its true then i would thing the target date would be april 1st .... thats the first day of baseball ... if we get thru that day then we should be fine

Another false rumour about Matchbook. Matchbook continues to pay promptly. Book to book transfers with all the top sportsbooks. Just received a max payout by regular mail. It arrived in 20 business days as promised.

The juice I save at Matchbook is what I live on.

No, MB has always paid quick and iam not worried, but with all the shit going on with Wsex and the fiasco involving "The Shrink" it is just crazy to think your money is as safe as with Pinny or Greek.

Much lower than it was a year ago. Though I continue to have my highest balance there for now.

If u have the ability to move your funds in and out within the most of a few hours then guess what Monte your funds are just as safe as Pinny, Greek, Bookmaker, BetJam, 5dimes. And if u add it all up and take the average score between all of them it really put Match somewhere in the high A grade. Not to mention this place is a goldmine.

nothing wrong with the thread. like the idea of players talking about anything. facts come from 1st hand sources. MATCHBOOK management. maybe even 2nd hand. SBR relating what MATCHBOOK told them. everything else, just rumors. rumors i don't mind being told about. i can make up my own mind about what i think are facts and not rumors or even out right lies. here in the US. MATCHBOOK is the best book. no bonuses - no rewards of any kind. just the best lines and until someone has not been paid, my confidence is as close to 100% as any other book out there.
