Bookmaker claims there has been fraud on my account with other sportsbooks. I asked them what this means and why I am unable to deposit and they said that those sites said I fraudulently used my CC with them. They said they have a website that tells them this information but what what they are saying is completely untrue. I know this because I can successfully deposit on Bodog and Sportsbook. The thing is I haven't used those books since 2007 and this is just coming up in 2011. I have been using bookmaker the past 3 years and never had a problem. Anyone have any ideas?
The only thing I can draw up is that when i went to verify this on Bodog. They asked if I knew a person, we will go John Smith, and I did. They made me resend in my information because that person was having problems with their book and had used my computer and they associated my account with his. This isn't fraud on MY account and I tried explaining this to bookmaker and they just say well sir it won't change. I always heard that Bookmaker had great customer service but frankly everyone there is very rude and I even asked to speak with a supervisor and I got the same person on the phone speaking with a different mexican accent. I laughed at him and asked if he was serious and even slipped up a few times saying, "Sir, I've already told you" and me going "but we haven't discussed this yet" and he goes Oh, I just had a similar problem a few minutes ago with another customer."
Anyways I like being able to make moneyline parlays with heavy favorites larger than the -250 I can on Bodog. Are there any books like this where I won't have to deposit via ** or ** (5 Dimes). BTW Bookmaker says I can do ** and ** but I have fear of never being paid by them haha.
