I sent in documents over 2 hours ago, they say they still haven't received them. Talked to them on live chat (they are so f'ing slow responding) and got an email to send them to. Did that 3 TIMES and they say they haven't gotten the email, yet it's showing up in my sent folder?

EDIT: Problem solved. Looks like I sent to big of a file.

-1 for slamming on the book instead of waiting a bit for some answers, and even though they took their time on doing it (2 hours is not THAT brutal) they were right all along.

But i must say that it was good that you came back and posted the correction.
