Requested a payout from BetPhoenix om 1/24/11. They told me 10 business days to process. Indeed it was exactly 10. Check was at my door on 2/8/11.
Requested another payout on 2/3/11. They called me on 2/7 telling me they are having problems with their processor and can directly transfer it to my account. Money was there 2/10/11.
Don't know why they did this so fast. Maybe they knew I was going to post on SBR. Either way, pretty quick turn around for betphoenix and even the long one was within their alloted time frame.
