I opened and funded my account with Just Bet yesterday. The software runs exceptionally slow for me. Anyone else have that problem? It takes 2 or 3 minutes for pages to open or refresh and for bets to be confirmed. I thought maybe they were having a DoS attack, but their CS - which I thought was very good - said there was no known server issues.

Also, is there any way to reduce the font size on their board? It's like using those playing cards with the huge numbers - the ones designed for old people. Truly an eyesore.

If this persists I may have to make all my wagers with them over the phone.

Fairly standard MLB lines, btw. Found a couple that looked like bargains - but its only been one day, so way too early to know for sure.

Worst looking software ever, and yes those numbers are too big. Their sister book Bet Guardian is better though because they offers Reduce juice. The reason I thought about playing their is because they had the debit card as a payout option, but their software is just too annoying for me to want to post up, so I stayed away completely.

Software at BetGuardian sucks also..I cashed out it was sooo slow

I've been on Guardian for a few weeks and it's usually no slower than other books for me. There was one stretch for about 30 minutes where it was slow as hell, but that's all I've had (and I've had similar experiences on 5D and Bookmaker recently).

Justbet software is slow, and watch the confirmation pages as there has been issues with line moves and no warnings. I only play during football there because of their handicapping contest. Nice bonus's and will pay quick.

Software at BetGuardian sucks

Badlands sucks just as much as theirs does though. Then again they are part of the Tradewinds family as well, so it's to be expected I guess.

i've been there for almost a year and never noticed the software to be slow, i will have to watch for it in the future. Their software isn't as bad a VIP, that's got to be the worst software I've ever used!
