Won some cash from the poker tournamnet and was very surprised to find out that in addition to the 5x rollover requirement, there is another trick. All my bets must be at odds of 2 or greater. Is that requirement normal within the sports betting industry or Bodog are being very protective with that rule?

#11That seems odd to me..... I could understand if the play was required to be between, say -200 and +200, but are you saying it has to be +200 or more? If so, that might be to your advantage.Comment -

No, OP misunderstood bets on dogs greater than +200 and favorites of greater than -200 do not count towards rollover so -220 or +220 would not count.Comment -

#185 times Rollover with odds 2.0 or higher is quite ok to my mind compared to some other rules with double digit rollover requirements. Have not seen greater than 2.0 odds tho requirement. Usually it´s 1.5.
I once "failed" when the rules was written so unclear and it occured later that I have to place parlays of 3 to fill the rollover requirement.
Not much easy money anymore in the betting industry.Comment -

#19For U.S.A.'ers who don't know Euro odds
1.01 = -10000
1.33 = -300
1.5 = -200
1.66 = -150
2.0 = +100
2.5 = +150
3.0 = +200
4.0 = +300sbrComment -

#20Bodog is a bush league book. Why am I not suprised. Guys you gotta play at the correct books. That is as much importance as is getting good lines and picking winners. Play at the right books!Comment -

ya think so.. it is their tactics mostly on their promotions that have to bet on above 2.0 oddsComment -

#28Maybe Becky you can help with my problem. Like the OP I signed up with Bodog due to the ongoing SBR tournament. I am Canadian. I was looking to make a deposit and noticed that my account was in CA instead of USD. I was never given an option upon sign up. I sent an email to your CS, but it seems they don't think it can be changed. The exchange rate would be so poor for me that I would not even attempt it unless it was "free money" from the tournament. Maybe you along with SBR can get Canadians a choice on what money is used. I promise it makes a difference. ALL of my poker and sportsbook accounts and ewallets are in USD.Comment -
