That kid Daniel has contacted me to assist since SBR didn't seem to get anywhere with him. The emails from SBR show me they did a piss poor job at pretending to look into his complaint, so I'm going to prepare a blog on this & state my role in the matter. Look for that tomorrow.

I don't know why he needs to make a blog about his part in this ordeal. He can read through this thread and see that he and Daniel went in on the same bet. Or let me guess, it was coincidence that they both had the same 13 team parlay (or whatever it was), and happen to message each other back "great hit on the parlay"

at home, winning thousands of dollars etc. Do you know how hard it is to hit
a 2 team parlay? 8 team, BS.

I asked my book if there was a way someone with a different name could use
my account, they said no. Someone would need your account # and your password.
Names don't matter. You would know if someone other than you was betting with
your money, if you kept records or checked your account every day.

So this whole story is just a story.

After all, I am a convicted scammer * 3 and know what I am doing here, we are gonna get rich baby and hang in the O.C." Daniel is to Cole as Tataglia is to Barzini. Not to mention the fact that the two were all over each other's respective facebook wall, with Cole bragging about hitting exactly the same teams from the OP. It is pretty amazing how stupid criminals are, and from the appearances of TT's pasted post from Cole's FB wall during the late night, another train wreck appears to be upon the horizon.

Yeah, I meant to say they went in together, but Daniel setup the account because Cole was already blacklisted. Then they later logged into the account from Cole's house and were busted.

The problem with these guys is they actually sit around trying to figure out how to cheat players instead of just running a good book. They boast here in Costa Rica of paying the lowest wages and having the highest win rate in the business. They absolutely delight in being able to cheat a player and that's what makes them so dangerous to play with. You run your account balance up and they will investigate you inside and out. If they can find a reason not to pay you they will not and they will be giddy with excitement if they can figure out how not to pay you.

What is amusing is at the time Bartiromo was on parole living in a half-way house and prohibited from accessing the internet. He was sent back to finish his sentence for parole violation when he was found to have a cell phone in his possession. He argued in court and had a college professor write a letter stating the courts actions were unreasonable because he needed the phone, and access to the internet to keep up with his studies.

He should shutup and hope the court does not get this information.

Well if he won $100,000 from BetUS in 2009 it is highly unlikely that the "dollar scholar" paid taxes on his winnings.

If one really wanted to they could anonymously log onto the IRS website and look for the link listed as "whistle blower" in which they could either anonymously report him or non-anonymously report him for tax evasion (which may result in a cash reward % of the retrieved funds). Of course being a convicted scam artist this woud probably land Cole back in prison.

This would be a great way for one of the thousands of barreled in gamblers at this forum to earn a little money from Uncle Sam to gamble with.

Pretty safe to say Bartiromo did not use his own identity in either case, and my posts are not meant to imply that SBR was in any way complicit. It is apparent he uses different people/ identities to carry off his scheme. He has also used SBR in the 2 known cases to pressure his offshore book for payment. SBR may want consider its own method for screening complaints(I'm sure they do). This may be an interesting topic for another thread. First time poster to SBR, and first time depositor to the subject sportsbook. Forms of ID used, etc. You guys with more experience than me could easily come up with red flags.

If the mods have the ability to lock the old thread and block post deletions, now would be a good time.
