#364I'm really looking forward to the summary from one of the SBR senior members that looked into the case. It looks like a lot of posters cracked this wide open but the official channels are always usually good for a read IE the police report from the Bellagio Chip Thief. LOL'd my way through that oneComment -

#378Its not Cole's fault he has to resort back to crime right after his release from prison- Wiggers Gotta Eat! lol -------------------------- colebartiromo 4:26 PM on December 11, 2010 Come on, give me a full-time job. Give me a 60 hours a week job. $10 an hour. I'd be the happiest, most grateful guy out there my friend. Your labels that I have delusions of grandeur is zero percent accurate. I desperately want a job, and would be content with $10 an hour! I got to work on my plans in the meantime, since I don't see any job offershttp://www.ocregister.com/articles/-...3-fb033b83e2d3

#379Even though he has a history of scamming, the nature of the scam still needs to be identified before the book can rightfully not pay him. Even an ex-con can go on a hot streak. A suspicion of a scam is not enough reason not to pay. Of course, if the person didn't sign up under his real name that would be enough reason not to pay. But there needs to be something tangible.
I won $99,600 with BetUs 2 summers ago after sending them $100 ** and doing a 13 team parlay. So this is my thing....
Is Covers.com working with Sportsbook.com ??? Twice now I have posted this similar message in the Gaming Industry forum over there, and twice now it has been deleted and my user id has lost the ability to post new messages. Why are they ranking sportsbook.com as the #6 spot if SBR has them at a D-??? Are they one and the same????
And for the record, I deposited, I played my big parlays, I won, and then my account was disabled. No chargebacks, no instant deposit situation, nothing that would give them an excuse for this.... I have contacted SBR. Let's see what happens.

#382Sorry if any of this is a repost. Here is a video of him being interviewed shortly after being released from prison the first time. He was sent back to prison for 13 months for parole violation. He is proud of what he has done. Google the term "sociopath" after watching the video. They should have included his picture next to the definition. He said he reached his goal of being a millionaire before high school graduation. He completely missed the fact that he stole the money, and went to prison for it.
To summarize some of his "accomplishments"
Better 2001 - was a scheme in which he posted on the internet that he could return amazing amounts of money to "investors". It was a ponzi scheme involving "safe" bets. The link below is to the SEC complaint which more fully describes the scam.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr17296.htm
The bank fraud was also a betting related scam in which he attemted to get a high school buddy to allow him access to $450K at a Wells Fargo Bank. He proposed the money be removed from an account, he would gamble with it, and then return it before the account holder ever knew it was gone (this was probably his first charge back scheme). He and 2 other high school kids were arrested after they met with undercover police to complete the deal.
The stock scam for which he eventually went to prison involved him touting stocks, again on the internet. He would pick a stock, and buy it at a rock bottom price and then blast adds, and post on discussion boards about what a hot stcok it was. Unsuspecting investors would start a short term rush on the stock causing the price to increase. After he sold his stock, the bottom would fall out for the others who bought it high and he would move on to the next one. Again, he thinks it's their problem that they lost money because they didn't research the stock. Nevermind that what he did was illegal and he went to prison for it.
The federal criminal case docket is 41 pages long, so I cannot paste it here. Message me if you want to review it.
As others have pointed out and posted in their comments, the bets posted here by "Daniel" are also posted on Bartiromo's Facebook page. Bartiromo also takes credit for the previous 100K parlay just as "Daniel" does here. "Daniel" describes hitting this parlay as a "life changing" event, just as Bartiromo does on FB.
In the charge back scam, they are not risking anything by making these rediculous parlay bets because if they don't win they take the deposit back. My guess is they did this on another site on the same platform as SB.com like PlayersOnly, not suspecting they would be recognized. It will be interesting to hear the official resolution of this. Whatever the case, it is a fact that scam artists don't just steal from innocent victims, they steal from each other.Comment -
