pinnacle support question

Just a question to the pinnacle support !

Sometimes if i wrote a email to the support a received an empty reponse with just <pre> and the rest of my emailquestion ! Is this normal ???

Maybe somebody else has sir, however I can tell you that I've never experienced anything like that before.
