Why does Pinnacle have so many problems with it's webpage?

Pages are often very slow to load no matter which browser I use.

I guess the problem is that we all use either Mozilla or IE or Chrome or Opera, while Pinnacle's site works in an excellent way with all others browsers...

Pinny has been same problems for me. Too often slow loading and many times down. This is sure not browser based issue.

The web page comes up but it's mostly blank...the normal flash ads are not there, the links to the sports...even without logging in..are not there. WTF!

Logging in to this site is getting to be such a chore. 4 or five attempts, the thing just hangs, navigation throughout the site is extremely slow of you do get in. I have cleared cookies used mirrors and still a pain in the ass.

No problems with any other web sites, it is definitely their server.

Cost me several half points this week. I am starting to use most of my other outs a lot more of late due to this inconvenience.

I may not get quite the number I could get there but avoiding the frustration of trying to work with that site is getting to be worth a few points of juice

Never have a problem here (using it atm). There was a period maybe 18 months or so back it was always off though.

Apparently they get DDOSed constantly, so your IP and location will be quite important in whether their defences bother you. Could try contact them, ask to be whitelisted.

obviously their site runs differently for Eastern and Western Europe.

It's working now for me (QLD, AU) however a bit slow.
But I had a few page crashes today and yesterday.

If you can't get in at all, it could be that they've blocked your IP. Easiest way to fix this is to e-mail them, giving your account number, asking for it to be reinstated. They do this if you refresh the page too much for their liking.

The past 2 days have been the worst I've experienced with them since I started using them. Lots more down time than I've seen before.
