Nice name, lol. Given that "cashcow" means that someone is milking someone else for money, I would guess it's not safe as they're hardly going to imply that you can milk them are they? Other than that, I have no solid facts to go on.

who regulates and supervises them?
what attracts you to them?
I'm guessing a bonus which sounds too good to be true ... and you know what they say about that
