    Vierklee scam alert - stay away
    Sorry to my first message being a complaint, but I think would be useful.

    I asked to www.vierklee.com for my first withdrawal via Moneybookers, 494 Euro, after I have regularly completed rollover required (600 Euro), since they gave me a 100 Euro bonus when I joined. This was 17 january.
    On 19 january I sent to them all document requested (ID national card, utility bill, CC scan).
    No payout has arrived, until Vierklee sent to me (31 jan) this email:
    "Dear Sir,
    we have received your email with your complaints but as your account is not verifyed yet we can not process your payout.
    Please send us as requested your ID (driving licence or passport)."
    Same day I reply to them:
    "I have ALREADY sent all documents regarding my identification, which I resend now.
    I have no passport neither driver's licence. But National Identity Card is an OFFICIAL document valid in all Europe."
    They didn't reply, neither sent money.
    It seems to me a blatant excuse to ask passport or driver's licence instead National Identity Card.
    Moreover, they asked for these documents after 14 days I made withdrawal request.
    I read in their terms & conditions: "Vierklee Wettbüro reserves the right to request further information or copies of official ID's (i.e. passport) or a copy of a credit card while processing a payout request". National Identity Card is an official ID's, they don't say they will not accept this document.
    What to do now? Asking to Municipality for a passport (2 months and about 180 Euro taxes)?
    I'm pretty sure they will not pay the same.
    Stay away from www.vierklee.com.

    They took 1 month to pay me AFTER my account was verified (took a couple of days) I had to provide ID and utility bill

      So they changed strategy. Now they simply refuse to accept official ID documents. I will contact an Austrian lawyer.

            Old is not necessarily good. In the past there were a lot of problems with payouts and cancellations of bonus.
