sounds like you must be in the US if you can't use credit cards?
that narrows the field significantly as you can't use the world's best books
sort of then depends on what you like to bet on

just go to bookmaker. Probably will decline cc online but call them and it works for me every time. You will have to send in verification, but after that you are set for fast and easy payouts
