Betfair deposit problem now

BetFair is having technical issue with all e-wallet deposit now, fund wouldn't be credited to account.After 1 days still not solve,so don't deposit by e-wallet now

They've been carrying out major upgrades - there's a notice when you log in (has been for the past day or so), and there's a general announcement on the site. So I suspect it has something to do with that, and it's nothing more serious.

If it were me, I would wait a day or so before wasting my time e-mailing or calling, as it will likely just get sorted out by itself when they work through their glitch.

The whole site was shut down for 12 hours yesterday whilst they were doing upgrade work.

It's been back up and working now for at least 7hrs+ so I would expect deposits would be going through as normal.
