Transfers between books

Which of the big books allow transfers to other books and what are the fees for it?

for u.s. players - i believe betjam, olympic, 5 dimes, matchbook and bookmaker transfer to each other, 4x rollover, all free except bookmaker charges $100 for transfers out up to 5k, $200 up to 10k and $300 above that. BetOnline transfers to same books plus betdsi and legends, minus matchbook.

Yes most books are free except cris, should be the same for non US basically
