So earlier in the month I attempted to make a deposit to BetOnline and unfortunately the representative did not follow my instructions properly. I sent a ** online and had to use a different senders name as mine is blacklisted due to sending too many transactions over the years. I told him the senders name before I sent and after I sent and even clarified in live chat 2 times. Well unfortunately the representative put the senders name as my name... I had to call ** and wait about 25-30 mins and it was a huge ordeal getting the thing cancelled then having the money take 5 business days to be refunded...anyways...
I just sent Alex a pm giving him a heads up after this happened because I was in customer service for years and the most important thing is accuracy and taking a few extra minutes to ensure the customer experience will be a positive one. Well I didn't ask for any compensation or even a bonus or freeplay I just was giving a guy a heads up. Well today I get a bottle of Grey Goose via FedEX which totally shocked me... no e-mail, no phone call and no pm... just a bottle on my doorstep. I didn't ask for anything but they sent me something.
They may not always have the best lines or biggest selection of betting options but I have at times had the feeling of the "Golden age" of books giving you comps and just giving you things. I know they have eliminated the loyalty program but when a manager does things like this.. it shows they value their customer base. FYI... I am by no means a high limit player nor have I deposited a ton.
