Need new book that takes CC from USA

Want to use my ******** VC.....Greek used to take it til last year. I use it to play at such sites as Bodog and Intertops. BetJam does not have any poker. I am hoping to find a high rated sports book B or higher that takes this depsoit method that has a poker room that is not dead.

I was told by BM customer service that the 1st deposit must be ** and then your allowed to deposit with a cc.
