u basically start out with an account of 100$ cash.. u gotta roll that into between 200$-1000$ maximum..

25x Roll is sick! This joint just seems a little too shady for me. I tossed them a hundred earlier in college foots but they just seem like they could pack it up anytime. Also I negotiated my own bonus. If I remember it was similar to "Let's make a deal" and I don't like that coming from books that are not B+ or higher.

All in all the bonuses are not all that great this year and considering books killed it quite a few weeks in the season it kind of surprises me they wouldn't throw a bigger bone out there to try to clean house one last weekend.

Funny thing is, that I actually love that. They seem to manage it like going to a Best Buy, every sales guy has a percentage they can bend in order to make a deal. It is not like you can always get it, but its always interesting to go and chat with their customer service guys, very efficient.

On the other hand, what I dont like is when a book gives away too much without doing something about it, for example, a large bonus, but a small RO, those things are always to good to be true and usually a bad sign. Companies do not give money out for free, so a small RO on a large bonus, it is IMO the real bad sign.

So when I see those books promoting 350% Bonus etc etc, I am already moving the Red Flag.
