There are many good books to try, but it about if they will accept the virtual card. You can also split it to two or three sports book websites. The good common ones for me are bodog, betphoneix, 5dimes, The Greek. Can't go wrong with any of those.

I used my card at betphoenix. I was able to deposit 1k and get a 20% cash bonus. I took the $1200 and had to rollover 6x. I completed the $7200 rollover and am now cleared of the deposit.
