Like Hareeba noted, Betfair would be my first choice. Of course, it comes down to where you are located.....

Again (this issue has been brought up before with professionals and how much they use Matchbook/Pinny/BetFair etc), this question asks, "Are you betting huge amounts into extremely liquid markets?" If you're that good, there is really no need to ask many questions as the mobnies will be yours soon. If you aren't, you need to ask why you'd need an out for this purpose.

If you wanna trade a live position, BetFair is one of few options. If you're interested in simply taking live positions and holding them at odds that aren't vanilla, then it won't be of interest.
