Bet 365 - maybe the best for livebetting, but when you win in a row 4,5 bet ,they limit you with stake. Stanjames - ok bookie with ok odds and many offers for bet

5Dimes has one of the widest selections for US bettors, so I'm not sure where you should go if you don't like their offerings.

Bookmaker/Cris/Diamond has some Asian handicap lines, but I think it's only one per match so not a lot of choice. BetPhoenix also has some Asian handicap lines, though again fairly limited in options for each match.

I've read here that Parlaymakers offers Pinnacle lines for US bettors. Pinnie has a pretty good Asian selection, but I've no idea if Parlaymakers has included all of them in their model, or just concentrated on Pinnie's US sports options as I don't bet at Parlaymakers. Perhaps worth asking them to check?
