For those who might have missed the information but do hold (inactive) trading accounts.

You will now be deducted 5$ per month unlimited trading seat fee, with no further comissions. In case you ignore the message, your fee will continue to be deducted.

After i attempted to withdraw all the balance, i received kind message offering lower "seat" fee or freezing the fee until start of the trading.

I received payment in full. It is sad to see interesting exchange product (political, climate, economic etc issues) with relatively little liquidity.
