    Another problem with WSEX.
There was a recent thread here -

Sports betting and handicapping forum: discuss picks, odds, and predictions for upcoming games and results on latest bets.

wherein a poster described having taken a 2x rollover bonus offer at WSEX, but he was denied it and told it was a 10x rollover until the WSEX employee posting here as "WSEX" got it correct.

I am having a similar problem.

On WSEX's "Cashier" section, there has been a longstanding offer for a 10% bonus, $500 max, for depositors sending a bankwire.

It was a 10% bonus with a 2x rollover when I first noticed it. It took awhile for me to get around to sending it, and when I was about to in Nov/Dec 2007 the rollover had been changed to 5x (10% bonus).

At the end of December I noticed it was back to 2x rollover (bonus was always 10% with $500 max), and I took a screen shot of the offer, then wired in my deposit.

Awhile after that, but after the bankwire was posted to my account, I noticed that the rollover had gone back again to 5x (10% remained constant thru all of the above).

When I read the post here that I linked to above, I thought that I better get it clarified, so that WSEX in the future gets it correct and I don't have a problem similar to the poster in the linked thread.

I emailed them, and was told that I had a 5x rollover.

I sent an email with an attachment of the screen shot I'd taken at the time they received my deposit, clearly showing that WSEX webpage with the 10% and 2x rollover stated.

I received an email back from a supervisor in accounts (Barbara), stating that they never had a 10% 2x rollover, and stating "I am not sure where you copied that attachment from but allot of the information is incorrect...".

I found this odd, as the shot I sent is clearly of the WSEX "Cashier" Deposit page.

I sent another email, and on 3/22 Barbara emailed me that she was sending my screenshot to their tech dept.

There was no followup for 5 days (I also sent Barbara another email on 3/24 and got no response), so today I called and spoke to another accounts supervisor there (Judy).

I asked her if she was familiar with my situation.

First she said "Yes, you are the customer who was promised a 20% bonus with a 2x rollover."

I corrected her and told her it was TEN % bonus, 2x rollover.

I asked her if it had been resolved, and she said yes, and that Barbara had sent me an email verifying the 2x rollover.

I checked while she was on the phone and told her I'd received no such email.

She asked me to hold, then came back and now she denied that there was ever a 10% 2x rollover bonus, and denied that the rollover had ever changed back and forth from 5x to 2x.

She said "Would you prefer that we remove the bonus from your account if you are unhappy with the rollover?"

IMO this comment was a veiled threat, rude, and simply horrible cs.

I asked her how she explains the screen shot showing the 10% 2x rollover, and she said that it's been edited. (I.e., I am a forger and a liar - which was also implied by Barbara's email re: sending it to the Tech Dept).

I told her that Barbara had told me on 3/22 that the screenshot was being sent to their tech dept., and that I'd be happy to have them examine it so that they can verify that it has not been edited.

She said she will do that (apparently Barbara had never followed through), but "it will take awhile." (Stalling - this should have been taken care of by now).

This could be solved by logic if the cs at WSEX was sensible:

    1) I opened a WSEX account years ago, and left the money in there for years (five figures) - never withdrew a penny - until the Neteller debacle, at which point I withdrew it all.

So I was not ever someone who was working their bonus system in any way - i.e., I was not fulfilling the rollover, then withdrawing, then redepositing for a new bonus. Then repeat, etc.

    2) It seems ludicrous to me that someone would go to a book that has a 5x rollover offer and never had a 2x rollover offer, and then forge a screenshot to lower the rollover requirement to 2x. (And all of this over a $500 max bonus).

Incidentally, all of my emails and also my one conversation were all calm and polite on my part.

People have been posting about problems with WSEX for awhile.

I'm severely disappointed with this experience thus far. These are incidents I'd expect to read about from a C or D rated book (or worse).

And I'm more than disappointed when I'm essentially told that I'm a forger and a liar, and when I'm (essentially) threatened with the loss of my bonus.

I'm hoping that "WSEX" who posts here can get this resolved rapidly.
(Of course, if "WSEX" is actually Barbara or Judy, I've wasted my time by posting this).
