Pinnacle hands down if your not in the US...otherwise BetJam/Bookmaker or DSI/5Dimes

This question is asked all the time, it would help if you give your region of the world as the best book for you will depend on whether you are eligible or not to use it, and also how much money you prefer to bet with. For non U.S. definately Pinnacle and Betfair.

Pinnacle is nr. 1
followed by 188bet and SBOBet (both are better for live betting then Pinnacle)

When it comes to 5Dimes, my limit there for major soccer leagues is 100 USD, and that's too bad. (50 USD on minor leagues/sports).

In most cases I don't need to use Betfair, but they are OK.
