Which is the best method to Deposit/Withdraw for US Customers?

I just joined a couple of sites like BetJamaica.com and Bookmaker.com but having problems depositing money. I am in the US.

Can someone reccomend a good, fast method to deposit and eventually withdraw later ??? Debit cards are not accepted apparently.
