Max of ParlayMakers, Could you Address the SBR reported Slow Pay?

Play there just be wary of there customer service or maybe this guy just went on vacation for like a month and got back yesterday. But he pissed off alot of people and made these guys feel like they were not getting there money, thats the way to do it starting your book out.

No lies going on here. Sorry for the delayed response to this thread. The original complaint has been resolved as Lou stated. Pills/Halifax was paid out 9k of the 13 he is owed and the rest will be sent this week via **.

It is hard for some people to believe that it really does take a little while to move funds around. At any rate I do understand the player perspective that they dont care what issues there are and they just want to be paid.

I am sure this thread will let me know if I have failed to respond to something earlier.

Lets clarify something here.

First of all, I dont know what or what wasnt paid to "Halifax."

I am currently owed 12k. Max contacted me last week, apologized for the delay, and indicated I could either wait two weeks for Moneybookers to be funded or could accept 4 x $3k moneygrams. I opted for the moneygrams. Since I still had not received the reference numbers as of yesterday, I wrote to Max asking when they would be sent.

He did reply today and indicated that the first two 3k w/d's would be processed this week. While Halifax may or may not have received something, I have not. However, I am cautiously optimistic that these payouts will be processed as promised. As soon as the first reference number is made available and the funds have been picked up I will report so here.

Until then, the fact remains I requested a 12k withdrawal on December 20, 2010, which has not been paid, either in part or in full, as of today.

The part in boldface is basically true. And Max has said that he will send the rest by **.

However, I am not "Pills" ... and it looks like Pills has issues with a pending payout of his own.

December 20 is a long time until now with no payout and ** is sappost to be same day service, send it to sbr and let them deal with it. Noone is picking on Max just been doing some weird stuff lately and look this guy still hasen't recieved a cent yet over a month wait is just a plain SLOWPAY.

It used to be so easy to communicate with PM and get answers when needed via live chat.

It's is not available anymore and email comunication is just too slow, especially concidering that you offer creating custom wagers. I dont even see how it can be even possible using email only.

Can you give an update on live chat changes?

glad i never deposited at parlaymakers. was going to - then max009 came on a thread about parlaymakers not paying out $4000 to someone. cancelling the bet(s). he was on here argueing with everyone every small tiny point he had, post after post. and like every other book that has someone so defensive in a thread trying to defend why they did not pay someone what should be a small amount to them and worth the good will. they fold up. move on. change names(sportsbook name).
