matchbook slow pay for us customers?

besides book to book trasnfer, is there another option besides check by regular mail? today has been the 22nd day since i requested my check by regular mail. nothing has been received. i know they say 15-20 business days, but this dones not seem acceptable to me.

My check requested on 11/29 was received this past Friday--about 40 days. Simply horrible, but they did refund the $9 charge.

at what point did they refund the charge? was fed ex check available as an option to you when you requested the check by mail (for me it wasnt)

its getting hard for me to keep a large balance in their because they have no realistic hassle free withdrawls. yes, u can transfer to another book but the 4x rollover adds up if u want to withdraw the funds and then get stuck with a monster rollover. its a problem that needs to be fixed.

Holy crap. I thought you could transfer the money to Bookmaker and you would not even have to do a 1x roll on it before you cash out. At least it worked like that earlier this year?? Inconvenient but quicker.

I emailed them after 4 weeks (20 business days) and complained about them failing to meet their timeline. The fee was refunded shortly thereafter.

This is interesting they must have recently done this in the last few weeks. Now im a little confused on what im gonna do about withdrawing from Match. I dont want to wait that long 20 business days iis insane to wait for a check. Anyone with any suggestions here on whats next with Match, book2book still requires 4x rollover just a waist of more time.

Are you sure though? I was sure we could transfer from whereever to bookmaker or cris and then not even do a 1x on that. I think I did it on a transfer from betfirstclass early last year after I read on here that you could just use them as a pass through.

Not sure if that information is correct now, but it certainly worked last year. You could transfer from any book --> Bookmaker --> withdraw from Bookmaker without doing a rollover. I know there are other threads from around that time about it as well. Worth checking if you can still do that if the other option is waiting 40 days for matchbook to get you a cheque.

I don't think Bookmaker has a free check anymore. They switched to a free instant deposit recently instead.

Ok i just found out you can do book2book to bookmaker but are required to do a 1x rollover and they have now free instant deposit up to 5k they say takes 7-10days but usually less.

I also talked to Match and they said those options should be back soon even will add a few.

Of course we can give them action but if im not mistaken Betjam and 5Dimes requires 4x rollover, isn't that adequate time for them to make money off of us. It does suck at the time being as this might be our only options at the moment.

I'm guessing the check did not get sent out originally, so they are expediting the matter via FedEx at their expense. They offered me a replacent check via FedEx at no charge too, but my regular mail check showed up just before it was to have a stop payment ordered.

its not listed as an option for me under cashier. i am charged for check by regular mail (9 bucks). but they sent me an email with a tracking number for fed ex. thats all the info i have.

When I withdraw by check - I get two options. Regular mail and courier.

But if your withdrawal is under $1000 - you can get a bank wire for the same price as courier!

This sounds crazy. If MB can still pay by check why can't the check be sent via Fed-ex ?

I assume Fed-ex will take the business ?

If you have to transfer to get paid and struggle to deposit....this place has serious problems !

Hmm have you done a withdraw recently by that method. kind of wierd that noone else has this option in the US.

Also how hard is it to move to Canada like asked before, might be something to think about as im in New Jersey.
