Does anyone have a contact at this book who will honestly help me? After making a $1,500 instant deposit deposit & running my balance to $79,000 my winnings were confiscated supposedly because my deposit bounced. The instant deposit department at my bank has proven it was never submitted to my account. They say all the merchant has to do is provide what's called a 15 digit Trace Code & my bank can access the Federal Reserve to see where the instant deposit actually was submitted. We think we have ruled out an account number error because my bank did a search for that amount under my name & found nothing. So they either used the wrong routing number or did not attempt the instant deposit after seeing my winnings. I was up over $50,000 before the following business day. Everyone who uses ViP keep an eye on this case because I'm getting no cooperation. That simple Trace Code could end the dispute. Their not providing to me speaks volumes.

#15I feel like I'm fighting this alone. I got a manager at ViP to call my bank's back office with me on the phone so I could give permission to have the bank speak about my affairs. This manager asked the Automated Clearing House department if one for $1,500 had been presented. My bank was very clear that one had not. This manager admits there could have been a mistake but there was not much he could do. Unreal. An (A)utomated (C)learing (H)ouse deposit can possibly be returned & not show on a statement. That is why I had him call with me. Now there is no doubt ViP did not run my deposit.Comment -

#24Bet it all on my first 4 wagers & won. That created my bankroll to be over $20k. My limits with ViP are high. I actually put $18k on a soccer game to win $10k & won. I lost 3 $10k wagers on this streak. Getting to $79k took 8 days, not a couple. But I played $10k a game after creating that initial bank roll is how. That is how I always play. If you lose one of the first few bets you're out. That's the danger. I never play parlays. Then I was cut off.Comment -

1) Why would VIP allow you to bet 18K on a soccer game to win 10K when their standard limits are $500 per game. They would require action of 20 people at the $500 on the other side to balance the action. How many people have these high limits at VIP ? This sounds highly doubtful to me.
2) If I was owed this type of money rather than posting 8 times on this site in a few minutes I would have been on the way to the airport to buy a ticket to Costa Rica to visit VIP in person if your story is 100% accurate.Comment -

#27Absolutelyonfire, This how it works with a SHIT book. If they identify you as sharp, limits cut to $50 or as low as $1 at VIP.
Now, if they identify you as a loser, better yet, a proven loser, limits will be a lot higher than $500. Are you kidding me. When a book finds a cash cow, you think they are going to hold him back with small $500 limits?Comment -

#28Absolutelyonfire, *you make 2 good points. * First I'm sure Justin can confirm the wagers were as high as I'm saying. If ViP would unlock my account I would post those entire 8 days so you all can see every play. * *ViP has never lowered my limits as I have heard with others. *However I would wait & get Justin's opinion on posting my activity because I have to be very careful not to piss off the book that owes me $79,000. * They have always been good to me. * Nothing like this has ever happened to me with ViP. *My story is completely accurate & has not even any exaggeration. *They have been great. So those wagers are real & Justin could confirm. *These books usually give SBR whatever they ask for. *So he could get my activity.*
2nd. * Of course I have thought about flying to Curacao. *But really go over that in your head. *How does that turn out? * I track down the building, knock on the door & then what ? *Demand my $ ? *I bet I would be arrested. * I have asked to speak to the president of the company. * But really I'm open to all ideas. *If you flew there what would you do once you arrived? * I like the way you think but I have to think this through. *I am leaving this to Justin for now. *If he tells me to fly down there then I will.*Comment -

#29474,
For some reason ViP pushes me toward doing the (A)utomated (C)learing (H)ouse method. * They always have & no they have never done anything like this to me. *So with ViP every deposit has been done this way. *My second favorite book is Bet U.S. despite the recent negative news. * They have paid fast always with me & you have your own representative who goes to bat for you in a dispute. *That part is great. *Bet U.S. discourages the (A)utomated (C)learing (H)ouse method for some reason so I always have used my VC Debit Card with them. *I do not know why each one has different preferences. *But ViP has always asked me to deposit this way. * Maybe now I know why. *Comment -

#31I need to retract part of my post which is numbered 15 on this thread from January 12th at 6:33 in the evening Central time. **
A representative from ViP has not spoken directly to my bank as of right now. * I do not even remember this post. * * I had been at a business reception so alcohol was involved. * This conversation did take place but the 3rd party on the phone with me was a retired bank executive I asked to call my bank's back office with me because he would know what questions to ask. * I did not replace him in my post with a ViP manager in order to artificially strengthen my case. *I did that because I have talked to way too many people about this dispute & I was confused which 7 Absolute & tonic will do. * I would like ViP to call my bank directly, believe me. *However as of now that has not happened. The conversation I was describing did not include ViP management. * *The bank did say all that so I would like for ViP to call with me soon. *I hate losing credibility by admitting errors in a hastily assembled post from 3 days ago but accuracy inside a forum like this is more important. *Comment -
