    BetUS Slow payment
I am being screwed around by BetUs and thought I would warn people about this book here and also try and get some help in getting the payment completed.

I requested a payout from them on the 12th February through bank wire and they did not process the request until the 18th which I thought was strange but probably ok as I am a British citizen and thought the process would take longer. As of now I am still waiting for the money despite repeatedly contacting Betus about the issue.

I actually contacted them on the 13th March stating that the payout had still not completed and it had been more than 15 business days despite them saying it would take a maximum of ten. They said that their processing department would get back to me urgently but by the 17th I still had not had any contact and when I phoned them they said it would be sorted by Wednesday but as of now I have not received the funds.

I contacted the SBR guys on the 20th March and I hope you guys can sort this out for me.

Based on my payout experience and other incidents I would strongly recommend avoiding this book to anyone considering it. I am fairly sure their casino software is rigged as they gave me a $400 dollar casino credit which I managed to get up nearly a thousand playing blackjack before it dropped right back down. I made about $400 dollars but they probably think people will carry on playing until they have lost a lot. When I got near the rollover requirement the cards seemed to be much worse.

The bonus is also very poor as well. I got a 40% bonus when I signed, more fool me, but you have to rollover your deposit and bonus seven times which was not clearly stated anywhere. I was under the impression when I signed up that I would only have to rollover the bonus. This is really poor form in my opinion as this high bonus is what got me and no doubt others to sign up. The bonus is also very restrictive and did not include props or casino play.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

BetUS is notorious for slow paying their players, so I don't think anyone here is surprised by your unfortunate situation with them. Hopefully we can be of assistance with this matter of yours, because SBR moderator Justin has had some success retrieving players funds from this rouge book in the past.

Me and a friend of mine had the same problem with them. So I feel your pain. Just never use them in the future.

        Thanks for the welcome Bigboydan

Godzilla I will never use them again. When I signed up I never expected any problems. There website is very professional looking and I have about 15 other betting accounts and never have had any problems with them. I will only bet at B and above books in the future.

I have finally received my money from BetUS. I requested a payout to Neteller on the 30th March and received the money on the 3rd April. They are actually not to bad it seems if you use Neteller but are awful for other methods.

I am now just waiting for my details to be verified with Neteller and then I will finally be able to get the money into my bank account. I will stick with books that allow withdrawals to debit cards in the future. I have never had to wait more than five days using that payout option.
