When i bet , lets say i bet 2 dollars and if i win i get 4 dollars.

If i win, Do i get 6 dollars in return?

I get the dollars i won, and the dollar that i paid. correct?

more info needed. if you bet 2 dollars at +200 odds then you would win 4 and get back 6. However if you did this on a freeplay then you would not get back the 2 dollars. So really without knowing more your question cannot be answered.
