while showing someone how to place bets at Intertops, placed $600 bet. brought him to the confirm page, told him you just click - here- and the bet is in. i reach over to grab a lighter and my wrist hits the mouse and the bet is in. called INTERTOPS. told them i placed a bet by accident and to my surprize they cancelled the bet. most places would not and i would understand why. just surprized this was not a problem for them just to cancel the bet. no questions were asked.

If you make an error and call immediately afterwards most books will not remove the bet even if the line has moved.
The book makes a mistake and hangs a bad line and they cancel your wager several hours later.

that's been my experience - everything is always with the book against the player. it was nice to get that bet cancelled within minutes and without me explaining how or why it happened.Comment -
