Its a small uninspiring book in the back of the casino.The one positive here is that its right next to the brew pub which is a solid place to eat/drink.(although I'm not sure if they brew their own beer there any more)Comment -

to answer your question lets use the normal 10% vig
1. to bet 10 on team A you need to lay 11 with the sports book
2. when team A wins the bet you win 10 + get back the 11 you layed.
unless you are playing 10k and winning 100k they wont think twice about you.
