Diamond free withdrawal, please help

I live in Europe (GMT+2) and I want to ask for a withdrawal via moneybookers this friday 01.07 since it is free:

"1 FREE on Fridays up to $2,500 per week if requested before the cut off time (3pmEST)."

So guys please help me to figure out what time it will be in my country.

I tried to use some time zone converter and it shows the cutoff time:
03:00:00 p.m. Friday January 7, 2011 in EST converts to
10:00:00 p.m. Friday January 7, 2011 in GMT+2

Am I correct?

Haha, Diamond Sportsbook is sooo bad for europeean customers.

That's why I always have chat transcripts e-mailed to me. For any conflicting messages from staff.

What you've posted says 3pm EST, which should mean the cut-off is 8pm in London, 10pm in your time zone. However, I've been refused the free withdrawal after 1pm EST, so I now always request it before 6pm in London, 8pm your time.

Previous posters are right that their CS can be inconsistent, so I would ask in LiveChat immediately before you withdraw that it will qualify, save that chat, and then you're good to go.

I never even intented to play there. They've sent me an offer to email (deposit 200 usd get 200+50 free) and I made the deposit. Only later I found our that MB deposits do not qualify. now I made a few bets and just wanna get out of there.

Slainte, there's nothing to worry about that I know of. I received my weekly free payout in under 2 hrs to Moneybookers. I consider that pretty good service for an offshore book.

First they declined payout to Neteller, and now they are processing... 7 days and counting.... pretty terrible
