5 Dimes Customer Service.....

Requested a payout on Monday...Just noticed this morning when it was processed that they charged me a fee, when it was supposed to be free.

I thought the window to request the A C H payout was from 9am EST - 1pm EST. Turns out I was looking at the bankwire payout times.


So I question them about the charge of 25 bucks. They tell me to hold on, and he'd check on it. Comes back after a couple minutes and tells me that I requested it at 945, and which was past the timeframe available, and wasn't processed til this morning due to that fact. And since it was Processed on Tuesday, it did not qualify for the free Monday payout.

He said they will credit my account this time, but for me to remember that the timeframe is from 7pm EST - 930 EST for A C H.

Top notch by those guys for this situation I was in. Where I was in the wrong, and they didn't have to credit me.

i have to agree, maybe we are the exceptions but i have found 5dimes live chat excellent service, answer any question you have ,no matter how long it takes

Got an email this morning saying the A C H payout I requested was cancelled, and the Funds were credited back to my account.


I contacted Customer Service, because they credited back my 1200 and the 25 dollar fee (which they already reimbursed me for)

So I told them that they had added an extra 25 to my account which they had already refunded me. Then I asked them if I was understanding the Email correctly, that I could receive the Fedex payout for free, and he said yes, and took care of it for me. Which is convenient, because A C H payout maximum is 1500....I still had 1700 in my account, and decided to throw a little on Ohio St -3 and a tennis match, and the Lakers. Ended up winning some more money, so I was able to cash out more with the fedex payout. Worked out nicely for me. The few days delay doesn't bother me since I didn't need the money, but I hate to keep over 2K in an online book.

Exactly. I read so many horror stories about 5Dimes and Tony but never had any problem so far. Customer service is also polite.

I also don't understand where all the negative comments about 5-dimes comes from. It is one of the few books I would feel comfortable having a large balance at. And their checks will arrive in the mail on Thursday or Friday when the payout request was placed Monday. I guess if you don't hear what you want to hear, it is time to slander the messenger.
