See a lot of stuff concerning CS at various sites and poor experiences. Just passing on a good one that might also help some SBR users. Had not used 5Dimes as a book for the past month or so, but was looking to reload. The VC Card processor had disappeared from my options as a way to deposit. Contacted CS last night via Chat and they told me to try back after 8am ET this morning. Did that. Talked to Daniel and within 10 minutes, the VC processor was back as an option for me to deposit. For me again, another solid job by 5Dimes in helping take care of a problem for me. Can't say it will work for everyone, but just passing along my story.
