AllYouBet is a scam

Did it list your country in a drop-down menu upon registration? Were you using an IP address located in a prohibited country (which they could have blocked, just like lots of other books)?

It seems very poor on their part. I would fill out the complaint form (in my signature), to see if they care about what SBR thinks of them.

I filled the complaint form but SBR is different now.
Most probably the complaint won't be noticed.

Btw,I checked their t&c's:
"2.5 Any and all play by an ineligible person, as determined in accordance with the provisions under this Agreement by us, in our sole discretion, shall be voided, including any winnings accruing to any ineligible person."

I am ineligible based upon my country of registration. Therefore all my bets should be made void according to their own terms = deposit should be returned.

but a scam bookmaker don't follow the rules.

I had a similar situation with this sportsbook-scam. I am from Belarus, and i have succesfully registered there, made the deposit of 100euro, received the bonus of 100 euro (automatically), lost the deposit. And after that i have noticed accidentally p 2.3 of their rules.
2.3 ALLYOUBET.COM does not accept players residing in the United States Israel Bulgaria, Belarus, Croatia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, Kazakhstan, China, Republic of Moldova.
In the chat i was told same things as Tachi (i did not told them my username for checking, just asked).
After some random bets my balance was ~140euro (100 - non-withdrawable bonus and 40 - withdrawable), i have requested the payout of 40 euro (bonus balance was automatically zeroed) just for checking what will be next. It is strange but i have received this money with no any id request. May be because the sum was too small.

But such situation, when the customer from "blacklisted" country can succesfully register, make deposits and place bets AND only then learn that he is "out of law", is a pure scam.

had some time to chat with allyoubet support as some of my friends made deposits there from 'prohibited countries' ,here are some parts of it (i've copied tachi's post above):

Ziv: As you managed to make a deposit it is only fair that you manage to withdraw as well.
Ziv: In the case where a deposit will be voided due to being registered due to such a glitch it would be most likely that the funds will be voided and reutnred to the player.
Ziv: However if you managed to deposit onto the site, you should also be able to withdraw and likewise play on the site.
Ziv: Now I am sure if you friend contacts us again we will be able to solve this issue for him.

I can confirm their shady practices.

I'm Polish and I registered with them a couple of weeks ago. Fortunatelly before making any deposit I read SBR's warning. Then I checked AYB terms of use and found my country restricted (there was no information at the time of registration though).

Immediately I contacted AYB's support and asked if I was eligible for betting. They wrote:

Please note that this matter is under our casino management review, and at the moment you can play at All You Bet Sportbooks. We wish you the very best of luck

Then I got back to them again and explicitly stated my country of origin and the 2.3 rule. The reply was:

At the moment if you wish to play at All You Bet Sportbooks you may, however if there are any changes regarding your account status, our casino management will inform us and we will contact you and let you know.

Seems like they want me to deposit and start betting. Then depending on the outcome they can put the 2.3 rule to use by retaining my money (in case I am successful) or happily collect another deposit if I lose. It is a win-win situation for them.

I do not know if they are connected to 10bet.com but they certainly share the same business model.

and as a result Allyoubet sent me this:
"Please note that playing at All You Bet from your region is subject to the management approval. All You Bet Management has reviewed your account and we are happy to accept you as player."

They confiscated my deposit as well. Luckilly I deposited only $20. I signed up through Moneybookers (they are among special offers there) and deposited from MB as well. Played a few games, doubled the amount and wanted to test payout before I deposit any serious amount.

I went to "the bank". At withdraw page you get several payout options. It says that they MAY require some additional info IF you choose different payout system than the one you used to deposit funds. I thought that there won't be any problems given that I requested the payout to the very same MB account I deposited from.

First you get the message that the payout will be delayed for 24 hours. This is to give you a chance to change your mind about the payout (sic!), so it says. After 24 hours they may delay the payment for another 24 hours, that's what their live support says when I asked (otherwise, the live support is often unavailable). In the meanwhile there aren't any traces of your withdraw request while the system happily and immediatelly deducts your funds from the main site.

Instead of payout you start receiving emails from their support requesting various things. Why your AllYouBet email address and MB account address are different (so you don't spam my good email address), why are you replying to our email from address different then the one on your AllYouBet account (so you can see that I own that MB account, I replied from that one), why this, why that. Notice that there's 24 hours delay in between every request.

When/if all is settled they'll start asking for passport scan, recent bill scan etc. A company from a far away island is so concerned about money laundering, they want all my personal info to make sure that I'm not trying to launder 20 dollars.

Stick with reputable sportbooks, folks.

Think that the 5 first day passed and when i then asked them why i did not recieve my funds yet,only at that time told me that they need my documents!!!

The same with me... they don't tell you that they need your documents, they just sit back and wait until YOU approach them. And after I sent my documents, nothing happened for another week, until I found out that my documents were not accepted (again, they didn't inform me, I had to contact them). Then I had to email them again to ask if my documents were OK this time. The whole withdrawal process took like 3 weeks. Shady outfit... and they limit very quick, so don't bother. But in the end, I got paid at least.

this book is clearing trying to "freeroll" players from restricted countries....if you recently made a deposit into that book...try canceling the charge through your bank! yeah i know this practice is what makes cashing out now such a headache...but shitt..the headaches were gonna come no matter what people wanna believe...and it beats getting scammed out of a book...charge back is the way to go!

That's a good example of unfair use of a rule. Just because it's in print doesn't mean they can keep taking player losses. It looks like people that complain are told "oh ya you can bet here and your winnings would have counted" instead of paying them back their risked funds.

Original Allyoubet was closed some 4-5 months ago, dont know who sends mails now, probably scam.

Did it strike you as an offer from a new Intertops skin, by any chance? The Deutsche Post imprint on the envelope, paper stock and font used are all identical to mailers I've received from Intertops for the past decade. Since I'd heard through the grapevine that Intertops is considering closing its doors to new U.S.-based accounts after March Madness, I thought this might be their way of shuttling current U.S. account holders to a new skin to limit potential negative exposure to their primary brand, a la CRIS moving U.S. customers to their Bookmaker skin some years ago.

I suppose in the alternative, someone involved with Intertops' direct mail campaigns went rogue (pardon the pun) and decided to try a direct mail impersonation either to steal deposits or, more alarmingly, personal info and CC numbers. You have to admit the $25 no-deposit bonus smacks of a phishing scheme, although I doubt that will deter the likes of Zeta, Patty and RyanLeaf from hounding them to receive it anyway.

I'm giving Intertops the benefit of the doubt because they've always treated me right and have such a pristine reputation among the offshores, but I'd greatly appreciate hearing an official response from them about this. At best they have a security breach, at worst they've sold their customer info to a very questionable outfit, which might indicate an upcoming move to close all U.S. based accounts in the future, rather than just turn away new business. Or maybe this really is a new skin of theirs as I posited above, although after 16 years in operation I'd think them far too savvy to acquire an already tarnished brand name for that purpose.

Either way, I think there's information behind all this which it behooves us to uncover. The AllYouBet website claims they operate out of the BVI, while Intertops operates out of Antigua, and yet there's an obvious common bond here. I still have my contact with the Antiguan Directorate of Offshore Gaming from when I exposed BetRevolution's fraudulent licensing claims, I'll give him a call tomorrow and see if their office can work with Intertops to get to the bottom of this and report back.

Now: We're receiving letters which appear to be Intertops correspondence, with offers of a no-deposit bonus to a book with an already tarnished reputation. It's not hard to get a domain name and a phone number, BD. How would them having these things preclude them from also having ulterior motives or a nefarious past?

I don't like seeing hallmarks of a company that has really been a stalwart of the offshore industry (albeit as a niche recreational sportsbook) associated with a name like AllYouBet. Maybe it's not a scam, but unless Intertops acknowledges some oversight of/involvement with their operations now, I intend to have nothing to do with them.

Their TOS does not explicitly say that they accept U.S. registrations now, instead it says:

All You Bet reserves the right to reject new account registrations from the following Regions/States - New York, Kentucky, Washington State, Maryland, New Jersey, Louisiana and Missouri.
Accounts from the following countries will be exempt from bonus redemption upon creation of an account: Greece, Poland, Russia, Australia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Bulgaria and Romania.
All You Bet reserves the right to exclude customers from certain or all bonus promotions without prior notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

It sounds like it is okay but based on the experience of posters above, probably a good idea to stay away if you are in the U.S.
