they ended up placing a 10 day hold on my payout because of a small $25 CC deposit I made, even though I lost it the same night and reloaded via ** the next day.

It says on their website:
"Clients depositing via credit, debit card or E Wallet Xpress must complete a 10 day hold of their deposit + winnings before requesting a withdrawal out of their betting account."

the winnings came out of the ** deposit, so i dont believe the hold should have applied to that deposit and any winnings coming out of it. however I could understand if the winnings were a result of the CC deposit, that would have been perfectly fair and stated clearly in the rules, however that was not the case.


i spoke with account manager john, and he said he would try to waive the hold since my last deposit was the **. i have put in another withdrawal request, and will update on the status.
