    Issue at a Book
I'm having an issue with XXXXX - recently they capped all my bets to 50$ so I decided to withdraw since my average wager is significantly bigger. Now they are telling me that I "accepted" a 500$ casino bonus at deposit and need a substantial rollover to be able to withdraw.

I wager on a lot of different sites and sometimes I'm not the best at keeping track of deposits/accounts so I didn't notice the 500, plus usually I don't plan on withdrawing for awhile so I figure I'll cover the rollover since I bet at a pretty high frequency.

Now they tell me I can only cover the rollover by playing casino games and refuse to use my sb action to cover it, they offered me 2 options: they would cut the rollover by 75% or I could get all my deposits back

    what's my play?

cut the rollover by 75% and bet out the bonus 1% of the amount over and over on a game where the house has a small advantage. This will eliminate the risk of variance hurting you and over a large amount of wagers you should only end up paying the book its edge.

So say you play the "Don't Pass" line in craps and the books edge is 1.4% after you have wagered 1,000 $1 wagers you should theoretically have lost about $14.

Giving you a bump...maybe someone else has good advice, or maybe you even could file a complaint. Not sure what your options are.
