Holiday Update for 5 Dimes payouts...

Dear Customer,

Due to the Holiday Season, today and tomorrow we will not be offering instant deposit, Bank wire and Checks as payout options. Your instant deposit, Bank wire or Check payout has been rejected, please resubmit your request by Wednesday December 29.
Free payouts will be processed until next Monday January 3rd. If you want and are entitled to your free payout as per our rules, please resubmit it by next Monday.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.

Just a heads up...I was happy to see this email, at least they are giving us notice, instead of not letting us know that they weren't processed.

That sucks. I'm on vacation this week and was hoping towards receiving a check this week. What's the best way to receive a payout whereby I don't have to be home to sign for a fedex delivery. I also live in the US.

My way is to do an A C H....just give your bank account # and Bank's Routing #.


But those won't be processed either until Wednesday, and most likely won't hit your bank account until the Monday after this weekend. Which isn't a big deal, and it's nice because you don't have to be home for the check, then drive over to the bank and cash a check from Canada or wherever they come from.
