Some of the books were having a problem a few years ago of the Russian mafia jamming them if they did not payoff----dont know if this is the case but they have been down for some time today

Bookmaker should give a 10% discount on book-to-book transfers when their site goes down, $270 is the most anyone should pay if their screen goes black.

It's strange... I cannot open their live chat with Bookmaker, DSI and CRIS, from two different computers, and they don't respond to any email. But good to see it worked for you, problem must be on my side then.
