Been getting this a lot lately "one or more lines have changed" I refresh and screen goes blank, go to home page and come back and the line hasn't changed, try to wager again and get the same sign. I try several times per hour and could never get the bet in up until kick off. Very frustrating.
Anyone else experience this?

Sorry to hear. I do not play at Parlaymakers but the exact same thing happens in Pinnacle some times. THis is so frustrating. And all the cases the Pinny lines have been soft.

Well at 3 am your right there is no live chat available. If you contact us we can look into it and see if there is a specific issue with that type of match.

I get that a lot and it sure is frustrating. It makes halftimes unbettable when there are lots of games going on because if there is a line change that is not your game you can still get that error message or that blank screen. I've contacted support and they say, "We'll tell the tech people." So talking to them will likely be a waste of time, they know, though maybe it wouldn't hurt to have many voices saying the same thing.

One thing you can do is set your preferences so that the least number of games show on your betting palette. So for example if you have college and NBA as your default sports and want to get an NBA half time bet in, uncheck the college games so changes in those lines can't interfere with your NBA bets. Also, do you have "market value" selected on the preference tab? If not, while it will cost you a few cents on a hot side once in a while, changing from "Fixed Value" is going to raise your percentage of acceptances somewhat.

As frustrating as the klunkiness of the site can be, the addition of the we-hold-your-balance-so-you-don't-have-to-pay-GP-two-percent-of-every-winning-bet innovation is significant. They don't appear to be doing anything to get the word out and engage customers, but if they can hang in there two or three more years and UIGEA doesn't get watered down and G P stays viable I gotta believe Max's day will come.

Thanks bookie didn't know about the "market value " in the pref tab, I'm new with PM and am otherwise happy with them. Did a GP transfer, took a few seconds to 5D ! Site seems to run slow overall though .

It's too bad Max didn't think to tell you about it. He really needs an outreach person who's on top of customer service issues.
