hello sbr
2 weeks before i made a deposit of 200 euro to vista/sporting and i received 50% new players bonus my balance was 300 euro to each...after placing some bets they limited me and with small steak i finished the rollover however when i asked for a withdrawal(yesterday)they returned the amount into my account and asked me for some documents...(i provided all the docs) today i contacted them at live chat and they told me that they will reutrn me only the first deposi....the balance was around 3000 euro at vistabet and 3200 euro at SportingBet and they want to give me back only the first deposit because i am proffessional player as they say and they dont want any bussines with me...(but htey are allowed to steal ur money?)
no multiple account ip probs etc they are thieves be careful and lease sbr help me with this issue(i ave already filled the complaint form)
does anyone here has any idea what could i do with these thieves?be careful with them everyone...

Filing a complaint was the first thing you did that was in the right direction.

This is a typical situation of money confiscation. The bookmaker must provide proofs that you ve done something wrong, otherwise, indeed they are thieves.
